Since /fit/ likes to occasionally meme about genetics here and there:
I apparently inherited being really sweaty on my mom's side. There would be times when I would just go out for a casual walk and I would break out in a sweat. Nothing too major but any normal person wouldn't have sweat.
When I would hit the gym, my shirt would be drenched after running and hitting the elliptical after only 30 minutes, more so if up to an hour (my limit)
My question is does "extra sweaty" yield me any health benefits or does it just curse me with yet another "social roadblock" in addition to being a 165 cm Asian manlet etc etc

Sweat helps to cool down your body.

Dude, my shirt is drenched after a half hour of speed walking.
Exercising hard means you sweat. That doesn't sound abnormal to me.
So does sweating more = losing more fat or not necessarily

I would guess not necessarily. Your heart rate is more important. Sweating more can mean working harder and having a higher heart rate, but it could also be due to high temperature.

I have the same thing, I spend my between set breaks mopping up the sweat from my face so it doesn't drip all over my notebook.
Best cure might be to move to someplace cold like Canada/Alaska/Eastern Europe.

>drink all the water you want
>because you go through it like a faucet
health benefits? more like superpower, right?
