How to increase squat strength?
Last week i did 70 kgs x5
Now i cant even do 65 x 5
Today i just fail at 65 x 5
Did only 3 fucking reps
Got angry and left the gym not finishing my 5 x 5
Now i am doing 100 sit ups for punishement
Help bros i am a novice and i dont want to loose my little strength

I was doing a 1000 carb surplus
sleeping well
my form can improve but im ok i guess (no back,hips,etc pain)
i was trying to do atg squats
