Should I completely eliminate milk and cheese?
Will I have calcium deficency if I do this?

I cut out milk and replaced it with almond milk. Milk is supposedly bad for acne and it has 3-5x the amount of calories in almond milk while almond milk has more vitamins while only being ~$1 more expensive. I wouldnt cut cheese out but I'd def limit it. Why are you cutting out dairy products anyway? Greek yogurt is too god tire to cut out, I can pour some cocoa/pb powder on it and devour an entire tub, or mix it with my oats to better the consistency.
