Just started working out and wondering if I need supplements. I have a pretty good build by default and I have a beard (in progress), but I also have fat in my thighs, ass, and face like a woman. Face fat bothers me in particular cause it really lowers my aesthetics and confidence. Is it because of low testosterone?

If you just started working out you won't know how good or bad you look when you actually have muscle. Don't go overboard, just lift, make those sweet gains and then in six months see what you need to work on.

Also if you're worried about low test, working out consistently for a few months will boost, no need for supplements.

If you want natural supplements that boost T levels (but not by a whole lot) then try taking Vitamin D and zinc. Maybe supplement copper to balance out the zinc.

This will boost your T levels but not by a significant amount, a large boost needs steroids.

Dude, I think you look fine. After you've gained some more muscle and cut, you'll most likely be much more comfortable with your legs. I have the same problem but worse. I'm 160 lbs, 5'10", pretty thin around my upper body but have a ton of fat around my thighs and ass.
For your face, the pic you have looks softened a ton so it's pretty hard to see your features right, but I'd say once you gained muscle you can cut some weight to get to a lower body fat % than you currently are at without looking thinner than you are right now. That may affect your face and thighs, which both look pretty normal.
