So /fit/ here is the deal. I'm a 6.2 175lbs skinnyfat dyel (pic related)
Im not great at estimating body fat but I'd say Im about 25% and basically cant see any muscle.
I have lifter 6x/week on a PPL for 2 month at a 400 caloric surplus yet still look like shit and barely gained any stenght (same problem on SS)
I'm assuming with the way my fat is stored (tits, ass, hips) that I have low test and high oestrogen.
I want to fix that and need your help so fat the plan is
>600cal deficit until below 10%bf
>SL 5x5, followed by sauna and cold showers
>Sleep schedule is 11PM - 8AM
>Intermittent fasting with diet high in fat and protein (also check micronutrients on cron o meter and take vitamin D supplements)
>Meditate to lower cortisol levels
What else should I do ?
Bump

>same height
>same hips
i swear to god we both have klinefelters
> facial hair
> low test
pick 1
In reality OP your body type is a lot like mine used to be. Here's what I've gathered over the years.
* Make your shoulders bigger to compensate for your hips.
* When taking photos, keep pants higher up to hide your hips (there's some famous weightlifter that does this, don't remember his name)

I dont know man, its mostly fat for me. My hips are pretty much parallel to my waist. Still need to lose the fat to be sure
Search the testosterone crisis no one talks about 4chan fit in google there was a good thread about it

What's up with this low-test posting lately?
Have you got it tested? How long have you been lifting?
I've been training for 3 years at 30yo with no sport background, after recovering from a bad car crash. Gains are slower for someone, if you look at cbts and see people getting huge results in 6 months good for them, but you're not them.
Just be consistent and enjoy the process

Bullshit, I got tested last year and I got 380ng/dl

Thanks, will do

Yes but overall is my plan not a good idea ? Im obviously fat and weak.
Getting to a lower body fat percentage while lifting as heavy as I can so I'll be able to start building my muscle and strenght from a good hormonal base, or am I just retarded ?

>testosterone crisis
Is there really a testorone crisis? Every 4th person I see in university is a wide shouldered athletic dude with good development

just keep lifting and focus on getting better.
you have to understand that genetics play a huge role when it comes to building strength and muscle. some people can get pretty good results by half-assing it for few months, while other people have to put in years hard work to get to the same point. nothing you can do about it, that's just the rules of this game.
but everyone can build a very nice and strong body with enough work and patience.
