I was a skinnyfat DYEL ectomorph until one month ago where I started lifting 6 times a week. 149lb 6"0. Am I doing decent /fit/? Any rough estimates on my body fat? Bulk or cut?

Are those terms fake? I fit the criteria though. I used to eat whatever I wanted everyday like biggest menu on BK and pizzas, but never gained a single lb. I have very thin wrists and narrow shoulders and I looked like the reference pictures.
