Anons who have gotten /fit/, how do you let go of the past? Like how people treated you worse before you were /fit/, especially girls who rejected you? I would really like to mature as a person and let go of my hate but its so hard.
Hating them only makes you as ugly inside as they are, pity them and go about your own life. Holding on to pointless grudges over trivial bullshit only weighs you down and keeps you from spiritual gains, bro. You hating them won't make them see the error of their ways, you hating them won't magically alter history so that they weren't shitty, all it does is turn you in to them. Be more. If you really want to change who you are, I suggest getting some zen in yo life, try reading The Fourth Way.
Don't get pissed at women for wanting decent looking guys. Imagine this:
Would you accept a fat ugly chick as potential fucking/dating material? Girls are just as shallow as Guys are, just accept it and move the fuck on.

if people treated you bad for no reason then they're cunts and you should forget about them.
If you got rejected by girls in highschool or something like that then only you are to blame because you could have started working out after the first rejection.
Then again, girls at that age only need to exist to get boyfriends, while guys that aren't at least 7/10s need to put in some work.

The most important thing to do when walking forward is to never look back.

It's hard letting go of the past. It's not even like I was rejected by girls, but I never tried either. High school showed me how shallow people are, so when I'm walking on the street or through a mall I feel very tense or angry at people I don't know, even more so at slutty looking girls since they have no idea how easy they have it. When people do shit like cut me off or say something rude, internally I feel like I wanna go postal, and I'll be stuck thinking about it for the next day to few days. Lifting helps, but not entirely. I really fucking hate humanity.
