I lost a bet and now i have to do one month of the one punch man routine.

The "workout" is 100 pushups 100 situps 100 squats and a 10km run each day. I can divide them like i want, but i have to do it once every say of the month.

I know its umbass workout, but i really cant not do it. However, im still wondering if there are any ways to optimize it / mitigate the harm it might cause.
>>
>>42458487
the harm it does? are you already lifting?
>>
>accepting the terms to a bet you couldn't handle
>mitigating the harm of working out
>>
>>42458487
The calisthenics are nothing. Come on, 100 pushups? Worst that can happen, your tris might feel it. Air squats? Utter bullshit. It will just burn some time.
But 10kms each day? It's a lot, even runners don't put so much mileage in.
>>
>>42458487
Run in the morning
Push ups in the afternoon
The running every day will be the hardest thing for you.
>>
10k run every day for a month is gonna fuck with your joints, everything else is probably ez.
>>
>>42458519
>>42458518
>>42458517
Will it do much in one month? Im already pretty used to running, except i've never done it more frequently than 4x a week, which is what im doing currently.
>>
It's not the frequency but the total mileage. 70km a week is huge. That's elite level endurance training mileage without any real long runs. If you just jump into that you will get injured.
>>
>>42458781
>>42458519
C'mon what's the worst that can happen?
>>
>>42458791
knees fall off
>>
>>42458487
100 pushups in a row is pretty near impossible
>>
>>42458791
You get injured you dumb fuck.

At least you have an out for your stupid bet when you get shin splints. Too bad it takes a year to recover.
>>
>>42458804
is this true?
>>
>>42458822
No lol. It's definitely possible if you're kinda fit and low bf%. Just have to build up endurance

10k a day will murder your legs, specially if you don't run regularly, won't last 4 days.
>>
>>42458487
>I lost a bet
I doubt you had a bet with a 3D human bean to begin with

>>42458804
it's possible if you don't weight too much, there are a few tricks to switch from chest to triceps with minimal adjustments and without interruptions
>>
>>42458854
>Bean
>>
>>42458567
look, it isn't happening, you won't do it. you own't run 10k a day
>>
>>42458791

Shin splints
Tendon injuries
Ankle injuries
Knee's worn out
Joint pain
Broken toes
Heel/Base of foot injury
Infected blisters
Giant foot sores

Falling onto the road, your head against an oncoming lorry's nearside wheel, from the pavement from exhaustion after day 9 after stepping on the inside of your heel and going timber.

You can walk 10km a day sure...
>>
>>42458804
>Pretty near impossible

fatlet get out! Seriously, it doesn't take much time to do 100 pushups in a row. It just takes someone to be retarded enough to want endurance training over strength.

Overexerting when running can cause more harm to your body then any possible good. You are just asking for damage, especially when you are such a noob at long distance runs. You won't be able to do another run after the 2 - 3 day no matter what you say or do.

You failed the meet the terms, you are going to get injured, you are a fucken idiot.

Don't forget no AC or heat you silly billy. That is as much a part of the workup as running etc
>>
>>42458517
>It's a lot, even runners don't put so much mileage in.
are you kidding me? 10km is easy as fuck, its basically 1h jogging at an ok speed, when i was fat i used to walk 5km and run 5km everyday
>>42458791
nothing, if you have decent running shoes its 100% ok, my dad is 58 and he runs 8km everyday
its gonna be hard the first three times, but then its gonna be easier and easier, maybe walk 5km and run the other 5km, its not that hard, trust me
>>
>>42458958
Well good for you if you can manage that anon. And I'm not fat, just weak
>>
Don't forget you're not allowed to use air conditioner.
>>
>>42459090
It doesn't say 10km jog though, it's a 10km run.
>>
Holy fuck you guys are pathetic. This is all easy as fuck and very doable.
>>
>>42458487
everything is easy as fuck the only thing that might fuck you around is the 10km running if u dont do cardio. i say do half the running when u wake up, then at night blast out the calithenics shit and finish the rest of the runnign
>>
>>42458804
no its not you stupid faggot at my gymnastics gym everyone gets to 100 pushups by the 4th-5th month of training
>>
>>42458487
Stfu, you didn't lose a bet. You're just trying to find a way to bring in some anime bullshit into a workout and asking what people think about it.
>>
100 pushups are easy if you cheat out on ROM like everyone does already

>100 pushups 100 situps 100 squats
Even a literal child could do it throughout the entire day.
10km is the only semi-hard part if you're not used to exercise, just use pic related.
>>
>>42459090
Yeah, 10km isn't bad. Is the every day part that is bad. If you don't work up to that you can seriously fuck yourself up.

Running injuries happen all the time and too much mileage too soon is usually the cause.

I had a Jones fracture once... Not fun.
>>
>>42458804
My kickboxing coach made us do this when we were late. I was always late. After a week you get through with the 100.
>>
>>42458804
This shows that you're doing push-ups the right way.

Generally with all muscle training you should do the exercise as slow and controlled as possible.
>>
>>42459639
Yeah but you'd never achieve them on the first day, which is what Saitama did at the beginning of his training.
"Until you hear weird cracking noise in your joints" or smthing
>>42459695
damn you must be pretty ripped anon
>>
>>42459671

Well duh, kids are lightweight, fit little adaption machines.
Try and get an office worker to climb across monkey bars and hang upside down. Now try and get a kid to stop.
>>
>>42459690
This. We would run 10km once or twice a week on the cross country team with the other days being tempo. The 10km days were our "easy" days, but really they were the worst days. It's boring to run for that long and just exhausting. If you don't run on a soft surface, you'll fuck your knees. If you do run on a soft surface, it'll be a more difficult run. There really is no winning. Fuck I hate running.

>>
>>42459817
When I got back into shape for wrestling after a few years off I would run on the beach and then do wind sprints. Sand makes for difficult terrain but it is the absolute best for conditioning and improving leg strength. highly recommended if you have access.
>>
>>42459090
Jog =/= Run
>>
>>42458804
Can you bench your bodyweight? Then you can do the pushups, it's just a matter of getting used to it.
>>
>>42458487
dude, you are going to die if you do it
>>
>>42459925
No, but he's going to lose all his hair.

I jog 5km a day in the mountains, and it's just perfect. 10km will take a long time and you'll probably fuck up your shins with stress. Tape them good if you want them to survive
>>

>>
>>>42459695
>damn you must be pretty ripped anon

Not at all. Thats the point.
>>
>>42458487
the only thing respectable out of that middle school grade workout is the 10km run. Thats a little over 6 miles a day. say goodbye to your knees
>>
>>42459853
Can confirm for summer XC conditioning, but it fucking sucks.
