Literally going to bed feeling hungry every single night.
But I'm finally getting lean for the first time in 6 years of lifting.
Dunno how people who are lean do this, does it get easier? I'm literally hurting in bed with hunger every night until 3-4AM until I finally fall asleep. Good thing I'm a NEET and don't have to wake up for work, or else this wouldn't be possible.
eat a bit more. move around a lot more.
stay 20% below tdee.
you shouldn't hurt from eating too little.

Well, be grateful coz I'm hungry and I'm not lean.
You can always "'snack'" on chewing gum

don't do this, you'll lose momentum and end up a fat cunt again in no time
and yes, it does get easier. a few years ago I was a bit chubby and ate around 3000kcals per day. when I cut back I was hungry all the time but no I'm a lean cunt and don't feel hungry if I eat 2000kcals. it takes about a year to get used to it though.
The answer for me was just to drink waaaaaay more water (somewhere between 4 and 6 liters a day) no longer felt hungry when in bed, but the morning piss was just insane as I drank 2-3liters right before bed
