Go to the gym. Pick a machine. Do it. Figure out how many calories you need to stay the same weight you are. Eat less than that. Its literally that simple. Sticking to it is the hard part.

try fasting if your objective is losing weight. take big meal and wait 3-4 hours before sleeping then next day dont eat breakfast. just aim 16-22+ hours and you start losing fat. exercise with empty stomach.
