I remember when he released this and everyone was just pirating it and he was chill about it just wanting to help people.

Small waist and hips, slightly above average shoulder width, perfect ab and chest insertions, roids and low body fat. That's the "secret." If you don't have those (especially the insertions), you will never look anywhere close to as good as Zyzz did no matter how much you train and how much roids you injects.
