I'm a 5'11" king manlet and weigh about 220lbs, and I want to give fasting a shot. I know for a fact I can do 1 meal a day, either lunch or supper. However, assuming I have the right supplements/vitamins to get my nutrients and slow muscle breakdown, is there any reason why I can't just not eat at all? It would be a good exercise in mental fortitude, and looking like a skinny twink faggot would further motivate me to build muscle and work out. Thoughts?

yes, literally stop eating, make it through the first 3 days if you're a sugar/carb loaded fuck and see how amazing you feel after that, legit the people on /fit who shit on water fasting for overweight people sound like soccer mom science bitches who think not eating for a week will literally kill you and destroy all of your muscle, the body is not stupid.
Just to ease into it, I guess I could eat 1 meal a day starting tomorrow, and do that for all of next week. Then I could water fast every weekend, and eat 1 small meal a day during week days. Continue until I'm at 10% bodyfat or so. Is that a decent plan?
