I've lost a shit ton of weight, but I want to lose more. I'm currently 5'5 and 122 lbs female. I really wanna tone up my stomach cause it's really pudgy and want my thighs slimmer. Any tips? (Pic not me, but her body is nice)

I know, but I've gotten down to 105 before and I looked my best at that weight. I'm struggling to get back down to that though and I wanna tone up. - OP

Do a barbell complex. Google "Cosgrove Evil 8." Be careful. It's a lot harder than you think.
