Have you guys tried Propel Water? It seems a bit too good to be true, but i have no clue. I don't see anything harmful on the ingredients list and the only negative article i've seen is by some fucking dumbass fearmongerer that thinks long confusing words = harmful

Nothing wrong with it, but it's just slightly flavored water. Has no real benefits. The electrolytes it claims to replenish are far too low to actually help someone that's working out.
Waste of money IMO, just drink water while you workout, and supplement sodium/potassium/magnesium if you're not getting enough from what you eat.

I used to ride road bikes, and would ride about 50 miles a day, and 100 miles a day on weekends. I wasn't a professional athlete, but I definitely needed electrolytes. I made my own drinks, though, because the commercially available stuff is not enough.
