I only got 2 reps for week 5 on c6w for my squat today. This is my second cycle, first cycle I got 3 reps.

I need some deadlift advice, I have pretty long arms and legs with short torso and I seem to be way better at reps than heavier weight. I've noticed that there's a reason to this which I've just discovered. Quad drive.

I've never noticed and that I get a lot of drive from my quads to break the floor so I actually deadlift better with my hips lower and I'd kinda like to correct it so that I'm strongest with highest hips and more posterior chain.

Even lighter weight seems impossible to break the floor when I try the highest hips position and because I'm very flexible, my hips and shoulders are almost level and I have almost 0 knee bend when I do this.

How to fix?
