Hey, i've always been sort of skinny and naturally athletic, but recently i had some major surgery :(( hindering my movement for about three-four moths. I've put on a bit of weight and feel awful in general, not moving around and eating junk all day. I want to start eating healthy and working out.
The only problem that i am weak as fuck. I can manage about three push ups. Used to be able to do 20 easy.
How can i build up my strength and loose a lil weight from home? What are some good exercises?

buy a cheap set of adjustable dumbbells from walmart or wherever. you may need someones help carrying them home if you're as weak as you say you are
