1. check your form (watch videos online and compare, post it here or on other weightlifting forums for criticism
2. eat more
3. sleep more
4. start microloading (buy a set of 1.25 lb plates and increase your OHP by 2.5 lbs instead of 5 lbs)
5. add dumbbell lateral raises and bodyweight chin-ups on the days you don't OHP

this
alternatively you could try to do dumbbell ohp for a few weeks then come back to the barbell

Biggest tip is to check your form. New lifters dont understand how complex akd technical the OHP is. Learn how to really engage your A. deltoids and your traps to drive the bar up. The bottom half should feel like a powerful, quick movement. It's not about getting the bar simply to move overhead. Its about synchronization of your A. delts, traps, and triceps. Go on a weight where you really have to grind on the 5th rep and push until you feel the individual stress on each muscle.

switch to a bro split and stop being a brainwashed sheep following some retarded rednek's routine
thank me later for your gains

do a program that isn't complete fucking garbage for bench and overhead press
or just deload 10%, work back up with microloading, and inevitably slam into the same wall 10lbs (if that) above your previous sticking point because you didn't add volume and expected adaptation to magically occur anyway

are you doing GOMAD? SS without GOMAD is useless, might as well do bro splits.
