I take 2-3 minutes depending on the exercise, more rest for the big lifts like squats and deadlifts and less for the others

If the next exercise targets a muscle I haven't trained that session, probably little rest.

On the contrary, if the previous exercise just trained the same muscle, more rest, similar to the rest between sets of the same muscle.

Also, depends on how draining the previous exercise was.

For me at least.
