Novice lifter here wondering if theres any hope for me. I've gained almost 40lbs since I started lifting months ago
Anyway lay it on me /fit/ are my shoulders narrow?
Here's my current shoulder routine
Military Dumbell press 4x10
Lateral raises supersetted with forward raises supersetted with bent over flies thing for rear delt until failure x3
OHP 3x12
Klokov press like 5x8
That thing where you push the T-bar up and away from you that also works upper chest x4
I do dumbbell rows on back day
Please be brutally honest

Wanna fix your narrow frame? Focus on your lats. Do pullups or lat pulldowns.

Back day is going to be death time.
On push days, one day start with pecs, the other with shoulders.
Post again in two-three months.
lateral raises only way to get side delts to grow. that and some juice
