Anyone else feel like caffine crashes their testosterone level? I can wake up with morning wood and tight muscles and if I have a cup of coffee my motivation and intesity decreases. The worst is the ECA stack, which legit makes me feel castrated.
Is this a thing or am I just some unlucky outlier?

What coffee do you drink?
Do you put anything in it?
Are you sure it's the coffee?
Have you tried removing it from your diet?

> feel their testosterone level
Shit man. I know having higher test makes you feel good and motivated but you can't just assume that when you don't it's due to your test. You're smarter than that.
Recently cut all carbonated sugary drinks out of my diet and it feels good man

to know if the caffeine is crashing hard you have to spend at least two weeks without any caffeine and then take caffeine again and see how you react to it.
also if you lets say drink coffee when you're already tired, you'll feel okay and then the crash will be huge because you'll be even more tired

Sleep naked, you will get boners every morning
I have the same problem here. I quit coffee once weeks ago and although it was hard I managed to and started to feel great.
I read somewhere taking a lot of coffee regularly lowers your T or raises your estrogen or something like that. I don't know what it does specifically but I can tell you I felt it and it truly makes a difference.

Too much coffee can fuck with your cortisol which in turn can decrease test.
At best, keep coffee as a pre workout and drink green/black/white tea instead (depending on racial preferences of course)

>I'd also like to point out that many of the studies above were epidemiological in nature. Such studies can only show association, they can not prove that coffee caused the effects.
>If anything, coffee may literally be the healthiest beverage on the planet.
Wow, fancy articles you got there.
But I tend to agree that caffein itself does not crash test.
But people here are obsessed with test anyways and whenever they feel a bit lethargic or anything, it must be muh low test.
Slam down a hot cup of black coffee, eat some whole eggs with bacon and then go smash some weight and smash every hot woman you see.
