Rate my progress /fat/?

Started at 265 lbs in April and have dropped to 220 lbs now at 6'5" tall. I have been eating about 2500 kcal a day (which is -700 kcal off my maintenance at my size) and running an ECA stack and it has been working wonders for me. The machine at my grocery store still says I am 17% body fat, so I am nowhere near my goal yet, but finally seeing mild definition in certain muscle groups is a plus. That being said I am full t-rex mode now and grills are still repulsed by me.

Also, I ate taco bell today. Please shame me.

Reasons are usually, girls, want to live longer, want to feel better etc. Im only here because of chronic back pain. You seem to have left out why you started working out on purpose.

You need to answer that question for yourself, if you even want to lose weight or not, seems like you're on the fence. I wish I could eat fast food all day like I used to, but my back hurts and I'm not dead yet unfortunately. Fat distribution is genetic. Losing weight is like poking a hole in a bucket and waiting for it to drain. You don't get to decide where the water comes from first.

It is VERY typical for the stomach to be the last thing to go. You won't be 48" the whole time, but it will probably be the biggest part about you until you're in the home stretch.

I am 190cm/91 kg atm, benching between 120-130kgs depending on energy levels and stuff.

I've eaten around 2200-2400 calories every single day, hoping for that at first im -1000kcal and when im getting lighter or something, it will be -900 or -800 etc. Now it seems that my cutting process been slowed down and kind of stopped, and i read today that it might be due to that my body has gotten used to my stabil 2200-2400 calories and has set is as new normal and lowered my standard calorie burn.

So now im 2500 cals for 3 days, then 2800 for few days and 3000 for five days, all clean food ofc just like i would be strict cutting. Then im gonna drop calories to 2800 --> 2600->2400 in 4 day periods.

How does this sound? Any comments?

Yeah, obesity has its struggles but it's easy mode to lose weight.
Many people can eat pretty much the same foods but less and lose a lot of weight.
You are going to have to cut really high caloric foods you eat, not all your foods but you might have to say goodbye to a couple.
Count calories for a couple weeks or until you know exactly what is in your staple foods, you can continue afterwards but it isn't necessary (unless you plateau for a while).

Volume fills you the fastest but isn't as satisfying and doesn't last long, but it is an important factor.
Think water and large amounts of veggies.
120 calories worth of greens or broccoli is huge, the volume alone will satiate for about an hour.
Of course they also have fiber, fiber is healthy and has no calories so volume + fiber is GOAT, especially since fiber keeps you satiated for a while.
Fat is very filling, more-so than protein which is also good.
Carbs aren't the devil but they don't fill you up, fruit might have vitamins and shit but isn't great for fullness.

It'll take work but it's worth it brah, I've been eating 1500 calories a day for a while and even wasting 400 calories on carbs means I will be hungry.

One of these truths is that rice and oats are bulk foods, not cutting foods.

The meal I just had was 50 g coconut meat, 4 sausage patties, 4 slices of bacon, 3 eggs, 85 g kale, and a chicken breast.
Now that isn't what I always eat, the protein is over 100 g but fat is high too, carbs are hardly over 10 g and the meal itself was 1500 cals.
That's a fucking filling meal, lacking in a view vitamins but that's why we humans have variety.

I'm currently 231lbs/105kg and 165cm, 18yo fatto. Planning to start losing all of this for once, in most likely 12 to 15 months. Is that delusional? I need to lose 3.5kg per month. Don't expect your timetable to work. It may take longer. You may stop losing weight for a while even though you are sticking to the plan. The number on the scale is just a number, as long as you are eating under your TDEE you are losing fat which is what's important.

I'm your height and started about 240lbs, in 5 months I've lost 50 lbs. The thing is, weight loss slows a lot as you lose. When you get closer to your goal it will take longer.

For the rowing machine watch some videos on proper form and spend 5-10 on low resistance going slow to get the form down. Improper form will at best be inefficient and at worst hurt you. As far curbing your appetite, caffeine is a good appetite surpressant. Eating a lot of fiber, protein and fat will keep make you feel full for longer. A spinach salad with some protein (grilled chicken, eggs, etc.) is low on calories compared to most other meals and is tasty. I'd avoid snacking as much as possible, but as long as you are meeting your calorie goals it isn't a big issue. Snack on veggies though because of the fiber and volume/calories so you won't oversnack
