Will wearing knee sleeves alleviate pain and inflammation in my knees after squatting?

Sure helps me when I squat on your dads face

SO many dudes wear these now.
I don't, and I'm proud.
I got some lower tension wraps which I use from time to time when everything feels right, but I never see myself buying sleeves.
My knees are just fine.

wow such experienced advice, thank you

No, it will not help with pain and inflammation. These should be dealt with separately and most of the time can be addressed with soft tissue work (foam roll, stretch).
These are however, great for keeping the joint warm and can help with some tightness/soreness. I have a pair and love them.

Do you have recommendations for foam roll target areas and stretches?

Foam roll the musculature around your hip and knees. Target your flutes, piriformis, quads (particularly vastus lateralis), along your IT band. Spend some time working your adductors/abductors.
Stretch your psoas, hip flexors, hammies.
Keep an eye on your form too. Inward collapse of your feet can tweak knee positioning in your squat.

I have a sharp pain in the middleside of my forearm directly after putting down a weight that lasts a few seconds. Theres a vein that gets swollen directly at the point of pain. It only hurts right after putting down weights. It almost feels like the bone is splintering, but not quite that painful. What do?
I have the rehbands for a bad right knee, and it seems to help a little bit. Ymmv
