Ive ironically did trap-bar-above-head-while-walking-on-a-treadmill to see how many nyr would join me and try this exercise. I got kicked out of the cardio room because I was too loud with my grunting and in the end none of the nyrs did them.

trap bars are made for rack pulls and this is how you load it correctly.
