Just did 75 hanging leg raises from my doorway pull-up bar. I worked out earlier to day with front squats which always leave my abs sore. Then I added in the leg raises tonight because I want some sweet, sweet ab DOMs tomorrow (rest day).
What exercises leave your abs the most sore?

Leg raises always kill my abs too. I do them on my dip station tho and can only do them with bent knees, i usually do 3 sets of 20

Yeah, I don't understand why anyone would do crunches, sit-ups, or bicycle kicks. Those are literally meme exercises that do nothing.

Ab wheel gives me the most doms. Most other exercises feel like fluff compared to it.

Ab wheels are the king of ab doms. I can't get close to that feeling with leg raises alone. I do them both anyway though.
