my abs look the same now at 164lb as I looked at 175lb
wtf is going on im a 6'3 male and I weight less than the avg woman in the US.

I do IF and a lot of cardio if that has something to do with it.

Some days I'll eat 4-6k some days I'll eat less than 1k. On avg i'm prob eating around 2.5-3k sodium a day. I'll try to cut down to 1.5k and see if that helps

yes, you can do cable crunches too, they are a good exercise instead of weighted crunches, but you need good form to target your abs, most people use only hip flexors.
