Hit a wall on squats and can't go beyond 185. Even at 185 by knees cave in. Used to be able to do more than 2 plates

Now I don't get any strong. Even if I drop it to a plate and go 12 reps and try to rework myself back up, I can't go past 185 with good depth
I get a better workout with leg press anyway. Squats are just an ego lift meme anyways
