Im 5'10 and 30.5% bodyfat

Was getting /fit/ then life hit me, lived in a shack, turned things around, living in a nice studio right now doing a mix of bodybuilding and crossfit, start boxing on monday.

On a 1500cal diet
~150g protein
~115g carbs
~45g fat

Im trying to get down to 190 at <20% bodyfat in 2 months.

No CB pic rn because all the pictures I have taken Im disgusted with myself. This is an old before/after, before I was full blown poverty for a year.
