Chiropractors are full of shit. Especially do not trust them with disk issues. Go to some sort of sports doctor if you are having back pain. Went to one just two weeks ago for a freak accident and with their help I'm back to 90% in just two weeks and on track to be fully healed in another 2-4.

I've seen some "miracles" from them, but who knows if those things are actually fabricated or not. For the most part, what they mostly do is provide temporary relief for problems by cracking the bones. You might get some increased bloodflow in certain areas, but they really don't help out in the way they say they do by "realigning" the body. If you are having any serious pain, go see a medical professional.

If it is a muscular pain then it is not bad, you should feel tightness in your erectors. Just remember about flexing your abs and tightening core, your spine is not supposed to move at all. However if it is spinal pain, you might have: herniated discs (really, really bad) or you have pinched your nerves due to shit mobility in your hips or weak core (just bad). My prescription - deload, check form (preferably record it and post for someone to take a look), work on your core.

Chiropractors are quack "doctors". It's all made up bullshit on par with acupuncture and holistic medicine. The only thing they're good for is getting your insurance to pay for a massage.

ive seen low bar squatters have their backs nearly parallel to the ground. Your chest it supposed to point towards ground when low bar squatting. But you should keep the back angle constant throughout the whole motion.
