Tl;dr: Did SS, then PPL, now want a plan rivaling spec ops or shaolin shit.
Hey guise and grillz,
I workout in a pretty well equipped gym and can do everything from kettlebells to plyometrics to olys.
I already did SS (2y) + P/P/L (+ forearm work) Split (6months) and now want to fully dedicate to a 5 times a week workout plan that incoorporates a structure which will allow me to be prepared for real life (e.g. special forces) situations.
Please share your thoughts, ideas and possible plans with me.
