>Herniated a disc today
While I'm waiting for it to recover, can I do low intensity but high volume work (i.e Sheiko) or do I have to go both low intensity and low volume for squats and deadlifts?

My shoulder has been hurting for a few days so I finally went to the docs. Torn rotator cuff, its minor but ive been told not to lift heavy for 6 weeks.
How am I going to survive? My legs and core could use some work, but I really need to work my chest.
How can I work my chest without further irritating my shoulder? Or is it not possible?

Looks like it's high rep cable flyes for you, friendo
Whenever I attempt cardio my knee hurts In this area. ( Today I was on the elliptical for only 2 or 3 minutes before it started to hurt and had to stop, went on a hike recently and had to keep stopping, not because I was out of breath but my knees kept hurting and had to rest them) there's a very minute dull pain after and I can feel heat pulsating in them, doesn't hurt on any of my lifts (squats/deads). Any idea before I go to a doctor?

Hard to say, have you seen a Chiropractor (one who knows what the fuck he's talking about)?
I herniated a disc that wouldn't improve, after waiting 6 months i spent the money on a Chiropractor who specialised in sports injuries. I was heavy squatting and deadlifting 3 weeks later.
There are two types of Chiropractors in the world. Ones who think they can cure you with water and will rinse your bank account for every penny. The other group will know how to realign your fucked up body. It's worth the search.

I realised I went on a tangent and didn't really answer. Go as heavy as you can go without increasing your discomfort. Increased blood flow and working the area will speed up the recovery somewhat. Foam rolling MAY help, although it's more useful for tight muscles.
Tbfh go see someone to get it fixed if you don't see any improvement soon.
