Tried both of them separately many times, bought pure powder. They make zero actual difference. I used to think that beta-alanine was great and made me strong because of the tingles but when I actually compared with/without it made no difference at all. Just like nitric oxide, gives you great pump and it feels like you're stronger but when you try it a few times and score up the numbers compared to on just caffeine it's clear that you're not.

Beta-alanine works only in the high rep range. And yeah, the NO-booster is just for extra pump. Does nothing else but makes you look a little better.
