advice for a liquid/soft food diet? got dental work done and

Just get some protein powder and blend it up with whatever fruits/veggies/etc you want in there to cover macros/micros. Done.

Quark Yoghurt. It's like quark but the consistency of yoghurt so easy to eat. Very low on calories and a lot of protein.

Is it whole mouth?i had a backtooth removed and it hurt like he'll i also had my tongue pierced the same year,I found out it was easier to swallow solids than to have liquids filling in the painful areas.
My if so I recommend mashed potatoes and smoked salmon,you can simply swallow it without much need to chew it
