But what's the /fit/ consensus on bread (Whole grain tho)? I read somewhere that the aromatase in the bread converts excess test into estrogen. Is this true?
I really love my bread with chicken breast. It would make me sad to eat my chicken breast without my bread. I would prefer to eat my chicken breast with my bread
