i need some help /fit/
Over the last 3 months I have been developing more and more food allergies, and it has come to the point that it is interfering with my nutrition.
I constantly feel hungry, and im always afraid that I'l develop allergy to whatever im eating.
I need some tips for some good, healthy, allergy proof food, that will help me gain weight, as im trying to build muscle.
My current allergy list includes but is not limited to
Carrots
Potatos
Cucumber
Wheat (bread, pasta ect.)
Oats
Tomatos
Eggs (maybe?)
A shit ton of different fruits
If anyone has some ideas please share, im in a pretty tough spot right now.
See a doctor. Get tested for everything.
What kind of "allergic" symptoms are you showing?

Im seeing a doctor in October, socialized medicine loves it damn waiting lists.
My symptoms are ussualy mild, itching in the top of the mouth, running nose. Nothing critical, but annoying.
My mother also suffers from stuff like this, and has advised me not to eat anything i react to.
Those symptoms are food allergies idiot. If there is no gastrointestinal distress it's not a food allergy. Try OTC Allegra or something. Hardly worth not eating food because of itchy palate or runny nose.

Unless you're like 4 years old or have a severe autoimmune disease that's not likely. You're more likely to have Special Snowflake Syndrome - speak to your doctor today!
