will drinking more water help me lean out and lose water weight?
I'm clean bulking, but somehow I feel like my stomach is swelling up. I know it's water weight because my weight keeps fluctuating and I look leaner on some days. It really takes a toll on me psychologically to see my abs faded. Wat do? I've cut out sodium, but my water intake is horrid. Because I've upped my carbs and is supposedly dehydrated, I guess this could be a reason. How much water should I be drinking, and any other foods to cut the bloat? (I read bananas were good)

drink as much water as possible so your body just cycles through it. It'll get used to not having to retain any water because you'll constantly be hydrating yourself.

i just started drinking more and more often and now I'm thirsty every half hour/hour, but there's also not much water weight anymore.
