How to deal with low blood sugar

Piece of fruit or have a low glycemic index breakfast. 99% chance you aren't hypoglycemic unless you can test your blood glucose

For breakfeast I had a bowl of oats with water and 3 tbsp of cocoa along with like 8oz of coffee.

Just eat some chocolate and/or drink a coke.
This works for me.
