Hey /fit/ I'm trying to add more hytrophy training to my version of the Texas Method so I'm basically doing hytropht isolations and strength compounds.
My question is am I going too crazy with the volume? I was reading a thing by Dr Mike Israetel and he said more volume is best for hytrophy
But then again I am a dumbass so does this look right to you guys??

I turned the Texas Method into more of a ULXUL split and it's been working pretty good I just don't want my isolations to fuck up my fatigue and my Intensity days
