I used to be a skinny fat with a chubby belly, love handles and big thighs.
I'm doing squats 3 times a week (3x12) and deadlifts 3 times a week (3x12) and bicycle crunches 3 times a week alongside my usual upper body exercises.
My love handles and belly is almost gone, but I'm wondering if these exercises actually make my thighs bigger. I had no progress on them, now they're at the same thickness with way more muscle than before, but I just want them to shrink.
Any tips and exercises to just make them smaller /fit/?

Dont lift and keep calories extremely low. I know girls who are tiny and pretend to workout by recording themself for like 2 seconds doing situps and squats. In reality, they dont exercise and they eat maybe like twice a day;extremely small meals.

I'm a man actually with bad genetics when it comes to where the fat goes. I do a lot of upper body exercises such as military press, bench press and bicep curls to make my upper body look bigger (which worked great so far) but I also want to reduce my thigh size. Stopping lifting wouldn't be great.
Big thighs are good, ever seen tom platz?
Why would you want smaller thighs you freak
