Most Pro bodybuilding competitions do not require a steroid test like the Mr. Olympia.

To compete in the international comps you have to be on roids if you want even a chance to compare to the others you see there.

Roid freaks make it because it is known full well that they're on roids because they need to be.

There are literally categories. It is a lot like boxing with competing governing bodies. In some competitions the organization that is running it are focused on 'natural' with testing, and others promote full-on 'roidage.
