Best cardio for suicidal depression?
I already am on starting strength.
HIIT or low intensity?
I ask because I have very little energy and don't sleep much. Muscle recovery taking ages because of this. I can't even do SS properly because it takes so long to recover.
Nutrition is fine. I'm also on meds and did CBT and therapy.
I want cardio to help me sleep but I swear both of those just increase my cortisol. Desperate for advice
