Weighted chinups or barbell row?
Dips or closegrip bench?
Pic related.
I've been doing chinups and dips, but I'm thinking maybe I should alternate them with the row and bench? Or should I just stick to the ones I've already started? It's not like I can do them that good. I can do like 5 chinups / dips and then I have to do negatives, cause I'm dead.

I did weighted chins every chance I could get, I'm doing them with a 45 now 4 months later and my back/lats/bis have exploded
I'd stick to either one and add rows when you get to intermediate. I hate barbell rows, I do weighted chins 3x5 and then move over to dumbell rows.
I do neutral grip weighted chins. I feel like they incorporate more lat and less bicep

Yeah, but seeing how on those days I'm doing just press and squats, I'd rather do chinups, cause there's not a lot of biceps being used otherwise.
do you seriously train the chest 3 days a week? makes no sense to me

Chestlet here.
I do the same thing..
Also for back days is there really a need for so many exercises or would deads, rows, and chin-ups pretty much be all I need to do?
Same routine and I do rows in gym and weighted pullups on my rest days at home.

that code is seriously flawed or is it some new markup language?
>>42436031
You better do them all little DYEL. Volume for natty gains. Best believe me, fucker.

You gotta do your curls son. 3x5 weighted chins aren't enough

Sorry, yeah, I do the curls too.

My trips don't lie newfag.
This or tactical barbell?
>>42436031
Weighted chins and dips. If you've never touched row, it's good to get it up.

Trips done lie

do both like bench/ohp - every other workout. same thing for squats and deadlifts.
if you're desperate to pick one, the obvious choice would be chinups over rows and dips over cgbp.
