Is this the breathe fasting thread? How long can you survive without breathing?

I breathe in like that vacuum tube thing that sucks up chickens webm. then I exhale slowly on the Press/Pull/Lift. THis changes on sumlifts but thats a pretty general rule. Like on ab cruches you suck tummy in flex abs and hold breath while crunching. Immidieatly after elbows hit knees let out an explosive breath and breathe in slow as you slow release
