My protein farts have always been bad but for some reason lately they've gotten unbearable. I physically feel sick at the smell. I even cleared the dance floor at my friends wedding. At work I have to into the bathroom any time I need to fart for fear of making my co-workers at the adjacent desks puke, and woe betide the next person who goes into the stall I unleash into.
Any diet tips to take the edge off them /fit/, or am I doomed to forever hide my shame?
