First few months of lifting I was seeing my body transform before my eyes every time I looked in the mirror now I dislike what I see.
I also catch myself often enough checking out my reflection of my body a lot in anything.
I've decided to attempt to stop look at the reflection of my body in mirrors or Windows e.t.c for 2 months and see how I feel after them.
I'll still look at my face in the mirror when shaving and shit but not avoid looking at my body from neck down.
Any ever tried anything like this?
