When I was banned for botting (I'm too stupid to bot but w/e) I was at 73 in osrs

okay so 99 would be someone like Clarence right? Insanely strong for your bodyweight. Would 1 be someone who was pretty much incapable of movement or just your average person who has never trained for strength?

I would put myself at probably about a 25.

Yeah. Doing NMZ to get max combat has never been easier. You could do it afk before, while on walks or working, out with teamviewer, but this just makes it much more convenient. And more convenient to max other skills as well. Still not worth the little effort it takes to play, though.

99 in rs3 (got it back in 2006 or so). Now lvl 80 on osrs, can't be bothered to put in the hours anymore. I am level 89 ranged though, but I chinned most of it.
