Alright so can someone tell me what the fuck is going on here?
>start lifting like a year ago
>first lifts sucked
>remained persisted
>kept lifting
>6 months later, get amazing noob gains
>felt like I had a fuck ton of energy and was enjoying my pre-workout
>lifting a good amount
>6 months later again, feel like I'm slowing down in gains and it's taking longer
>feel like I don't have as much energy as I did when I first started
>a lot of pre-workouts make me shake after my workouts and I have bad insomnia as to when I started, I slept peacefully
>remember when I started and I had a fuck ton of fury and energy and was doing amazing
>now I feel slow and lethargic despite trying different pre-workout brands
>eating more than ever and making sure I get my protein in
what the fuck happened to my furious and amazing energy? I would write of threads of how much energy I had. I had such fucking passion and I slung the iron with more zeal than I do today. Thoughts?
get off preworkout for a while, i was feeling the same way plus i was having stomach acid issues too.
Get off of it for a while and instead have a banana right before you workout.

alright I'll try that.
Seriously I have fucking weird feels with pre now.
Doesn't also help I'm heavily heavily addicted to coffee, and that a 5 shot espresso does nothing to me.
try muscle shock and REALLY REALLY REALLY go hard on your work outs.
i had same problem. today i had the most intense and hardcore workout ive had in forever
Cns fatigue time to take some time off

yea you're just constantly chasing that stimulus high and going stronger and stronger. be careful man
Honestly your workouts will be shit for a week ro even up to a month while your body tries to figure out what to do, but you'll be back to normal soon enough
try not going super heavy or high intensity for at least a week, then slowly come back in

Try even more preworkout

Take a week or two long deload, which DOESN'T mean that you should stop lifting.
What it does however mean is that you should cut volume/intensity for exercises by a good 40-50%.
Also get your test levels checked.
