I literally eat an avocado every single day. I like them so much that sometimes I can't resist and eat a second avocado. If I had to pick one food to have for the rest of my life I would choose avocados. I fucking love avocados. Sometimes I make my own guac and eat it with different things. Sometimes I make salads and add avocado slices. Sometimes I put avocados in wraps. Most of the time I just eat the avocado straight up. Sometimes the avocados won't even be ripe but I eat them anyway since I love them so much. I love avocados. I planted an avocado tree in my back yard. I live in the north so I will probably die but it is worth a shot. I really like avocados. I eat them everyday

Take a kg (about 3 large)
Clean under tap by scrubbing with hard sponge
Cut to thin wedges
Add in a deep plate/basin / huge bowl (not native speaker sorry)
Add salt and pepper to taste, and a fuckton of paprika powder.
Drizzle a tablespoon of your preferred oil for crunchy exterior
Mix very well
Bake at whatever temperature for however long, until exterior looks crunchy, yummy, fingerlicking good
Serve with BBQ sauce side

Superfoods aren't so much about nutritional value as they are health value. Blueberries for example aren't considered a superfood because they're an amazing source of vitamin C, but because they're so dense in those bluish/purplish pigments called anythocyanins, which we're only more recently beginning to understand the health effects of. Dark chocolate as well, while it does have magnesium and other minerals, is more prized for those dark, powerful antioxidant pigments.

I've only cooked it a few times, but in a frying pan, I cooked an onion to caramelization, added diced sweet potatoes, once they were soft added some canned black beans, seasoned with only cinnamon. I was cooking for some vegetarians, so I wanted to include the beans as a bit of protein.
