/fit/ give me the run down, i've gained a lot of weight and dabbed in lifting on and off for a few years, my degenerate lifestyle has caught up to me and i need i pretty much have moobs. 220lbs 6'3
im trying to research and understand, is it horomones, is it actual fat deposits, is it both, what the fuck do i do? surgery clearly is an option but lets get real, getting into training and diet will reduce this if its pseudo gyno right?
anyway, who else is dealing with man boobs and how do we get past this? im becoming self conscious and my self esteem is dropping off a cliff, i need to make it senpai. this has to be the turning point in my degenerate life style. i want to make it to swolehalla.

if you're under 15% bf and still have more fat than usual under and around the nipple then it is probably gyno...
reducing bf further will help in decreasing the appearance of gyno but if you got it there is not way of getting rid of it completely without surgery
