Hey /fit/ I love sunflower seeds and ussually go through a bag

I do it all the time, nothing really changes but avoid swallowing them due to high carbs

make sure you drink plenty of water to offset how much you're spitting. make sure you watch the sodium content but if you're going through a bag a day like you say then you probably don't care.

To answer your question, yeah it's probably hurting your cut. They're all fat. A whole bag a day is excessive.
