Mexican Style Shredded Chicken
1.5 lbs of chicken breasts (700g)
4 cups water
1/3 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp onion
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
3 / 4 cup Pace salsa
1. Throw all the ingredients in a big saucepan and boil on high for 10 minutes.
2. Reduce heat to medium, cover with a lid slightly open and simmer for 30-35 minutes
3. Let cool for 5 minutes and transfer to a bowl, leaving sauce in pan. It will be super tender at this point, so take a fork and slide it down the chicken, stab it, mash it until you have a ton of shredded chicken.
4. Pour 3/4 cup salsa into the chicken and use your hands to coat it.
5. Eat

Red beans and rice is cheap to make, there are easy recipes online. Also the fisherman's eggs another anon posted with tuna is super cheap. Chicken breast is cheap and easy, just rub down with a little olive oil and empty your spice rack onto it, bake at 400 for 10 minutes, flip and bake for another 15. The pancakes posted above are also cheap to make

I do my workouts in the mornings, and I need caffeine to get through the rest of the day. This recipe is pretty keto friendly:
2 scoops low carb protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
1 cup black coffee
1/4 cup Fairlife (low lactose/high protein milk)
1 tbsp flax seed so I get fiber
Blend well. Tastes like vanilla mocha or chocolate mocha.

youre an idiot. the name of a dish doesn't have to include the ingredient list. Chicken parmesan is more than chicken and parmesan.
Friendly reminder that putting thai sweet chilli sauce on white rice is the fucking dream team combination

Doing Keto + IF, so I made this today, first time trying it, so it was messy.

Was dank. Couldn't finish it off, but that just means I get seconds.

Here's my Peanut Butter Pudding
It's a great "Holy shit I haven't gotten my calories in today and it's 2am" or "Holy shit I need something tasty and light to quench my hunger on a cut" meal.
It's also vegan AND keto friendly, really you can do so fucking much with it.
INGREDIENTS:
- ORGANIC peanut butter
- Almond milk (can also use any other kind of milk alternative to suit your taste, animal milk might taste fucking weird with it but give it a go)
- RAW honey
- Chia seeds
- Flax seeds
Quantities aren't very important, it totally depends on your health and fitness goals or what you're doing with the meal.
Generally I use 2tbsp peanut butter and 1tbsp honey then adjust the amount of almond milk depending on how liquid I want it, which will depend on what I'm using it for.
1. Scoop out the peanut butter into a bowl and toss in the seeds, mix around until the seeds have mostly fused with the peanut butter and they aren't loose
2. Pour in almond milk to personal preference, more milk with make it creamier and less will mean it's doughier. Optionally you can microwave the mixture at this stage to make sure the peanut butter mixes more easily if you don't want it to be doughy.
3. Add raw honey to preference and mix into mixture.
So now you have a liquidy peanut butter mixture that tastes fucking gorgeous and is packed full of plant fats, but what to do with it?
Really it's up to you and your goals like I mentioned previously, you can have it with some mashed avocado, mix it with greek yogurt and freeze it to make ice cream, use it as a dipping, toss in some nuts and eat it as is, mix it with your oats to load up on calories, etc, etc. Go wild.

Can leave out the honey if you're scared of the carbs but I'm pretty sure it's not gonna kick you out of ketosis
>>42440312
a tablespoon of honey has 17 grams of sugar so it might. i shoot for thirty to forty and try to come under so i know honey is a waste since i'll have to cut out real food. nice recipe either way
